Job Title: Creative Director
General Function: Arthur Middleton Capital Holdings, a holding company for multiple fast paced subsidiary companies that develop and sell a broad range of products in the United States, both direct and at retail has an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate for our Executive Creative Director opening. The Executive Creative Director will be the strategic driver that will manage an aggressive department that is intended to drive the Company's revenue base and profitability. You will be expected to plan and execute both short and long term needs while leading the creative organization to deliver new products to sustain long term growth.
This is your opportunity to lead the complete development of our creative strategy for an origanization with revenues over $300 million that sells multiple products across the United States. We are looking for a talented individual who is capable of thinking outside of the box to develop and implement winning creative and marketing strategies. This position demands an individual who is capable of producing both new product ideas and new creative strategies to help continue the rapid growth of Arthur Middleton Capital Holdings.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Developing creative executions from idea to full rollout execution, Determine priorities of each project and allocating resources accordingly, creation of front end executions at a break through level including ROP, DM, Web, and TV as well as fulfillment packages to maximize back end revenue. This position will also be responsible for the mentoring of existing staff and the hiring of additional associates.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in Direct Marketing and Direct Response Marketing
- Must have experience in ROP, Web, and TV
- Proven track record of breakthrough, result producing DM campaigns
- Ability to manage the work flow of others and to delegate tasks to maximize impact
- Proven experience leading a creative division with a strong background in creative development including; copywriting and design.

Job Title: Sales Center Representative
General Function: To address basic customer order placement received by phone with appropriate up-sell attempts per product per scripting in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Answer customer inquiries where possible and attempt to convert all inquiries to order. Perform additional support duties necessary for effective and successful operation of department.
Qualifications: Professional and courteous phone contact with customers. Career oriented with a positive attitude and good attendance. Self-motivated, organized, independent and a self-starter with excellent sales and communication skills. Must have the ability to multi-task and follow directions and scripts, and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of company products, offers, policies and procedures. Strong verbal communication skills.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
General Function: To address basic customer inquiries received by mail, telephone and E-mail in accordance with established company policies and procedures and affect a resolution where necessary. Also, to perform additional support duties necessary for the effective and successful operation of the department including, but not limited to, all functions involved in order processing.
Qualifications: One to three years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Applies a professional and persuasive phone manner, conduct and presence. Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office suite and an ability to handle pressure and multiple projects effectively. Career oriented with a positive attitude and good attendance. Self-motivated, organized, focused, with good use of problem solving skills, independent and a self-starter. Quick thinking with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of company products, services and sales strategies.
